Sierra Kushi

Born and raised in Torrance, CA, Sierra is a half Japanese gosei and third generation half Korean who learned to get involved in her community when she attended the Gardena Buddhist Church. She's in her second year at UC Berkeley majoring in Sociology with a minor in Public Policy. On top of writing and editing for Her Campus at UC Berkeley, she's also a member of the Nikkei Student Union. You can catch her drinking coffee, listening to music, or reading at any Barnes and Noble.
